Assistant Brand Manager for Love Beauty & Planet & Indulekha (Brand Development) at Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing function.

Job Responsibility:

  • Crafting innovation mixes: Work on identifying consumer opportunities, hair care trends, and global trends that have launch potential in India
  • Crafting the right marketing mix (including pricing, positioning, product & packaging)
  • Brief and create communication for the delivery along with the innovation (working in conjunction with CMI & Creative Agencies)
  • Lead product and packaging development for the innovation, including consumer testing
  • Crafting a sharp proposition for the innovation that translates into a comms brief, a digital assets brief
  • Strong understanding of consumers, shoppers & creators, overall beauty & hair care landscape
  • Huge bias for action to track consumer trends, global trends, and proactively tracking competition launches, actions
  • Consumer Pulse: Put the consumer at the heart of all strategy and execution
  • Identify real consumer problems and solve them using insightful innovations & impactful communications to drive brand growth
  • Project management: Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams for end-to-end project delivery
  • Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for the delivery of the project. (Including R&D, SC, Finance, and CMI)
  • Ensure OTIF delivery of all launch networks right from the mix brief to the business case, working with all cross-functional teams to land the network
  • Keeping track of post-launch evaluation, consumer feedback, ecom ratings & reviews, and business case achievement to understand launch performance

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
