We are looking for a proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support the planning and implementation of marketing strategies for our flagship brands. This role focuses on executional excellence, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure that marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and effectively reach the target audience.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Brand Manager in executing brand plans and marketing activities as outlined in the operational strategy
Coordinate the development and production of point-of-sale (POS) and promotional materials to meet campaign timelines
Assist in monitoring the performance of brand activities, generating reports, and highlighting areas for improvement
Help manage the brand budget by tracking expenditures and ensuring all marketing spend remains within approved limits
Liaise with external agencies (creative, media, and P.R.) to ensure high-quality execution of brand communications
Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align on-ground activities with overall brand objectives
Conduct regular field visits to stay updated on market trends, retail dynamics, and competitor movements
Support the preparation of internal reports and presentations for monthly and annual business reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management
Strong coordination and project management skills with a keen eye for detail
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
A "can-do" attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and resourcefulness
