We are working on an Assistant Brand Marketing Manager, GTM + Global Marketing. Role is full time freelance for approximately 3 months to start in NYC. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week. Will be working with the Hair Care team but don't need to come from that category. CPG or other beauty categories work as well. Focus is on the analytics, trends, and competitive research with direction from management. Great opportunity to learn from an experienced and talented team. This will include opportunities from creative campaign development through to go-to-market excellence and continuous improvement. Additionally, there is a focus on driving category share, sales and profit objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can bring both business acumen and creativity to develop plans that drive these objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience preferred
Experience in beauty and/or personal care categories is a plus
Experience with creative briefs and in-store execution is a plus
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Essential project management skills with extreme attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Circana, and/or Nielsen data important
