Job Description

Our Assistant Brand Manager – Menu & Innovation supports the development and delivery of menu and product initiatives that drive growth and brand relevance. Working within the Marketing Innovation team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing ideas to life, owning workstreams across innovation projects, supporting test markets and helping turn early-stage ideas into validated propositions ready for national launch.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field
  • Relevant marketing experience preferred, ideally in QSR, FMCG, retail or other customer-led environments
  • Experience supporting innovation, product or proposition development, with experience in test market activity and in-market validation highly regarded
  • Sound commercial awareness, research capability and project coordination skills
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present clearly and build relationships
  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  • Able to balance customer, brand, commercial and operational priorities
  • Proactive, accountable and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • A genuine passion for food and a curiosity for trends and innovation, with a drive to bring new ideas to life
