Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Brand Business Manager to join our SEAK Professional Solutions (Wholesale) team in Singapore regional office. The role will focus on driving Ray-Ban and Fast Fashion brand’s performance across multiple markets. This position is responsible for developing and deploying brand strategies, leading campaign and product launch execution, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring consistent, premium brand execution across B2B and B2C touchpoints. The role acts as a strategic partner and a key contributor to the brand’s growth, innovation and expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and drive brand business plan in accordance with market dynamics (across 7 markets), local needs and global brand guidelines
  • Act as a brand owner for the region, ensuring consistency, premium execution and strong local impact of brand awareness
  • Translate global priorities into actionable, market-relevant strategies that strengthen brand equity and drive sustainable growth
  • Lead the campaign’s execution and own the go-to-market strategy for new product launch
  • Ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints (trade, PR, media) in line with timelines, budget and brand guidelines
  • Lead the planning and execution of media campaigns and analyze KPIs to continuously improve performance
  • Act as a key regional player with corporate teams, ensuring effective collaboration on brand strategy and assets deployment
  • Lead B2C activations focusing on consumer engagement and cultural relevance
  • Monitor brand activations performance and conduct post-event reports
  • Build B2B programs targeting our wholesale partners to strengthen brand visibility and sell-in performance
  • Partner with commercial and trade marketing teams to support distribution expansion per market, identify priority channels and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with other regional functions (PR, trade marketing, commercial) to align brand initiatives with business priorities
  • Monitor and evaluate the brand’s performance through sell-in/sell-out data
  • Own monthly business reviews, consolidate and analyze the performance versus targets: identify risks and opportunities
  • Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring accurate allocation across markets, projects and initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a complex organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand or product management
  • Experience managing multi-market portfolios strongly preferred
  • Background in fashion, premium lifestyle, luxury, tech or eyewear is a strong advantage
  • Experience in business analysis, performance tracking and commercial collaboration
  • An excellent communicator with the energy to engage and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Be an active team member: collaborative, proactive and self-driven
  • Agile and confident navigating in complex, evolving environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across different markets and teams in a multicultural environment
