We're now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our (Weston Super Mare) branch. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, supporting the team, and creating a great experience for our customers. This role is a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing outstanding service to every customer
  • acting as main point of contact when Branch Manager is away
  • growing business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • supporting and mentoring team
  • ensuring safety and company procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • Passion for leadership and customer service
  • industry knowledge or experience in a leadership role is an advantage but not essential
