Job Responsibility:

  • Coach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales & packing team members to reach their full potential
  • Provide sales and service to trade, industrial & mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
  • Manage & resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely & professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first
  • Oversee & supervise daily store operations
  • support & develop your team to ensure first-class customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience or ready to take the next step in your career
  • Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience (desirable)
  • Experience building strong relationships with all customers
  • A solution-focussed problem-solver
  • Sound computer skills
  • Conscious of workplace safety always
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
