Job Description:

Assistant Branch Manager role at Benchmarx, part of Travis Perkins, offering high quality kitchens and joinery products. Role involves supporting branch manager, team coaching, customer relationship building, and various branch operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Branch Manager with day to day running of the branch
  • Coach team and manage branch in manager's absence to ensure all targets are met
  • Get involved with all aspects of branch including supporting CAD designs or deliveries in warehouse
  • Provide best service possible for customers
  • Work directly with customers and create personalised experience
  • Create and maintain relationships with local tradesmen to increase profits and maximise sales

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a team or strong customer service background with desire to take next step in career
  • Full UK Drivers licence essential
  • Passionate about joining the business
