Job Responsibility:
Assisting with delivering the strategic plan for the branch
Supporting the team to achieve financial, as well as health and safety targets
Role modelling superior customer service and merchandising to the team
Having a growth mindset and living the Farmlands vision and purpose
Supporting the Branch Manager to recruit and induct new staff members
Lead day to day in-store activity to deliver targets, consistency of branch standards and team capability requirements
Requirements:
Leadership skills
Mentoring skills
Customer facing background
Knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes
Experience in the agricultural sector (ideal)
Sound computer skills
Ability to pick up new systems easily
Legal right to work in New Zealand
