We’re now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our (Theale) branch. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch, supporting the team, and creating a great experience for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Providing an outstanding and welcoming service to every customer
Acting as the main point of contact when the Branch Manager is away
Growing and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers
Supporting and mentoring your team to unlock their full potential
Ensuring everyone that works at or visits your branch is safe and follows our company procedures
Requirements:
Passionate about leadership and customer service
Industry knowledge or experience in a leadership role is an advantage
