Assistant Branch Manager - Te Puna

• Leading, supervising and motivating the team in day-to-day branch operations, ensuring tasks are coordinated effectively and the branch runs smoothly
• Providing hands-on leadership through training and developing staff, setting a high standard for customer service, merchandising and overall branch performance
• Overseeing stock control and cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory and operational efficiency
• Supporting the team to achieve financial and health and safety targets, contributing to the delivery of the branch strategic plan
• Supporting the Branch Manager with recruiting and inducting new team members, while role modelling the Farmlands vision, purpose and values

• You bring a range of leadership skills, thrive on mentoring others and you’re eager to grow your leadership capabilities and take the next step in your retail career
• You come from a customer facing background and know how to provide great service
• You will have knowledge of retail/commercial operational processes
• Experience in the agricultural sector would be ideal
• You have sound computer skills and can pick up new systems easily
