Job Description:

The Assistant Boutique Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help support the Boutique Manager and drive the business in a Soho, New York boutique for Monica Vinader, a sustainable jewelry brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Boutique Manager and being the ‘go-to’ person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift
  • Driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service, building a client business and leading in offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry
  • People management and coaching to deliver the above
  • Maximizing store efficiency through operations management
  • Deliver sales budget through the implementation of an action orientated business plan
  • Monitor and drive store and team KPIs
  • Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service through your sales team
  • Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients
  • Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training
  • Implement approved brand and product training program
  • Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Stay attuned with compliance & training needs
  • Support the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard
  • Ensure in store experience is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard
  • Maintain an accurate stock file
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling
  • Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare)
