Strong understanding of insurance/reinsurance principles (especially A&H or delegated authority)
Proficiency in Excel and data tools
Sage experience is a plus
High attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Responsibility

Receive, validate, and process bordereaux files from MGAs, brokers, and TPAs
Ensure data aligns with binder terms and conditions
Identify and resolve discrepancies or formatting issues
Upload and reconcile data in internal systems (e.g., Sage, policy admin platforms)
Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure submissions meet regulatory and contractual requirements
Apply authority checks based on monetary thresholds
Support internal audits and respond to compliance queries
Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance teams, and external partners
