Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial records
Utilize QuickBooks software to record and track financial data effectively
Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring all financial tasks are completed efficiently
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries for management review
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial procedures
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Familiarity with month-end closing procedures
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
