Job Description:

This role at W Sydney involves supervising the daily operations of the Living Room Bar, maintaining service standards, assisting on the floor, menu planning, managing inventories, and achieving budgetary goals. The role also includes developing innovative beverage programs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing, training, and motivating the team.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute innovative beverage programs
Supervise daily bar operations

Ensure compliance with labor, beverage, and liquor laws
Engage and satisfy guests while driving business performance
Ensure team collaboration and optimum service
Handle opening and closing duties

Requirements:

Experience in managing bar operations
Knowledge of labor, beverage, and liquor laws
Ability to train, motivate, and coach team members
Strong customer service and hospitality skills
Ability to manage service and brand standards
Inventory management skills
Menu planning and curation skills
Ability to create beverage programs and activations
Proven leadership skills in a high-profile setting
