Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team
  • Work collaboratively with the Bar Manager on team briefings, 1:1s, and performance development
  • Take ownership of stock management, including accurate ordering, cost control, and maintaining an excellent cellar
  • Create the perfect atmosphere – think lighting, music, and great service
  • Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver smooth, top-quality service
  • Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality management experience is essential
  • A natural leader with energy and passion for delivering a fantastic guest experience
  • A warm, friendly, and driven personality who loves working in a team
