Requirements

  • A hospitality professional from a luxury lifestyle or design-led property
  • Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage)
  • Holder of a Personal Licence
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and champagne (WSET Level 2/3 preferred)
  • A natural host — magnetic, composed, and effortlessly engaging
  • Operationally sharp, financially astute, and creatively inspired
  • Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and always impeccable
  • Knowledgeable in UK Health & Safety, Licensing, and GDPR compliance.
