Requirements
A hospitality professional from a luxury lifestyle or design-led property
Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage)
Holder of a Personal Licence
Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and champagne (WSET Level 2/3 preferred)
A natural host — magnetic, composed, and effortlessly engaging
Operationally sharp, financially astute, and creatively inspired
Experienced in leading and motivating high-performing teams
Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and always impeccable
Knowledgeable in UK Health & Safety, Licensing, and GDPR compliance.
