Job Responsibility

To use Lotus Notes Visitors database to ensure all visitors have been authorised to enter site by an on site sponsor
To utilise Lotes Notes Database to capture the data for all visitors
To assist potential visitors who do not have necessary authorisation to enter site
Manage the process for registration of vehicles entering site and issuing appropriate vehicle pass
Assisting the Induction Controller in managing the induction process including deputising for the Controller during absences
Contribute to the smooth operation of card replacements and changes to data
Monitor driver behaviour to ensure the on site driving policy is complied with, utilising CCTV assets to monitor speed limits, mobile phone use etc
Instruct, advise, coach and educate when required to improve on site driving behaviours
Conduct investigations into accidents/collisions incidents on site and make recommendations to prevent similar occurences being repeated
Conduct random vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle complies with regulations
