Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Bar Manager Hospitality to work in the Penny Bar, home of Magic Mike Live, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability whilst ensuring the highest standards of best practice and service standards are maintained.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives
  • Drive high standards of customer service and improve the guest experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, reporting, and cash handling
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with staff planning, rotas, and team development
  • Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with teams and management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems and standards
  • Support the wider business with additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a team and working in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends
