Position Summary: Responsible for assisting in managing all event & meeting spaces, ensuring the team is providing service excellence to our guests. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings. Assisting in department’s banquet enquiries in an efficient and effective manner. Assisting the execution of event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong, exceeding their expectations. Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential. Be one of the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Banquets department.

Job Responsibility
