The Banqueting Assistant Manager oversees all facets of the Banquets Department. The Banqueting Assistant Manager coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel/resort.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction
Coordinate, train, discipline, and supervise the Banquet staff
Oversee all facets of the Banquets Department
Coordinate the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel/resort
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering
Excellent leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Two to three years of previous employment in a related position
College degree preferred
Union experience preferred
