Job Description:

The Assistant AYS Manager role at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur City Centre involves handling guest requests and calls, managing guest concerns, training and supporting employees, ensuring adherence to company standards, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call, request, or problem
follow up and ensure that any outstanding requests are resolved
log guest requests, incidents, adjustments, and comment cards into computer
assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees
welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
protect company assets
ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
