Job Responsibility

Assist in designing full-category outdoor apparel, including tops, bottoms, outwears, down/padded jackets, and seasonal layering pieces
Translate design ideas into sketches, flat drawings, color-ups, and basic tech packs for development teams
Participate in fabric, trim, and color selection, with attention to performance properties and visual impact
Collaborate with senior designers to build cohesive OD product stories
Research outdoor sport, athleisure, and lifestyle sportswear trends across global and local markets
Track developments in functional fabrics, stretch materials, moisture management, and lightweight constructions
Monitor fashion trends in silhouette, proportion, and color that can elevate outdoor products
Support seasonal design execution in line with the product calendar
Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-aligned
Participate in sample reviews, fittings, and performance-related feedback, supporting continuous refinement
