Job Responsibility:
Act as a secondary point of contact for all calls and visitors
Collate and ensure the authorization of site timesheets
Assist with end-of-month data entry and essential reporting tasks
Collate and supply customer reports and general site documentation
Provide support to other site administrators and assist other employees
Manage the ordering and stock of stationery, groceries, and site consumables
Serve as a key liaison point between the Site, Head Office, staff, and contractors
Ensure all invoicing, credits, and purchase orders are authorized and processed
Ensure the timely processing and sending of material tracking certificates
Help develop and implement safe work method statements (SWMS) and risk assessments
Maintain complex reporting tools and spreadsheets in relation to site performance and construction operations
Assist the Administration Manager with the implementation of new systems and process changes
Requirements:
Between 2 years (Assistant level) or 3+ years (Site Admin level) in a similar administrative role
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office and exposure to business software like MYOB
A genuine commitment to safe work practices, including the wearing of required PPE at all times
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
A current driver’s licence and a dependable "can-do" attitude
