This is a hands‑on administrative role supporting Store, Area and Regional leaders across the Ireland business. You’ll play a key part in keeping our regional operations running smoothly by delivering accurate, timely and high‑quality administrative support. You’ll work at the heart of the Ireland Region, supporting people systems, payroll‑related administration, recruitment trackers and governance processes. Day to day, that means managing data, keeping systems up to date, supporting leaders with queries, and ensuring consistency and compliance across core processes. We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with the Administration Manager and wider regional teams.

Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a retail or field-based environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience working with people or time & attendance systems (e.g. PeopleAdmin, MyTime or similar)
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
Clear and professional communication skills
A solid understanding of handling sensitive information and GDPR requirements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
