Job Description:

Join HSBC Life Insurance as an Assistant Actuarial Manager. This role includes responsibilities such as supporting IFRS17-related projections, testing actuarial models, and enhancing actuarial processes. Join a diverse, growth-focused work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support execution of IFRS17 P&L and Balance Sheet projection
Support movement analysis of key projected IFRS17 metrics like CSM, LC and NIR, ISR etc.
Support data and business input preparation and model run
Perform testing of the actuarial models, working template and procedure
Support the enhancement of actuarial process and controls
Good understanding of insurance financial valuation and reporting
Familiar with IFRS17 reporting requirement
Support the end-to-end testing and transition work
Support the new product system testing and model setting

Requirements:

Good modelling and programing skills is preferred
Familiar with product pricing or valuation
Experience in IFRS17 reporting is a plus
At least 4 years’ working experience

Nice to have:

Experience in IFRS17 reporting
