Assistant Accounts Payable Manager

• Assist with the month-end closing process
• Oversee reconciliations relating to the AP department
• Oversee the accurate recording of all Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice management
• Ensure the accurate completion of all vendor invoice payments
• Assist with updating policies, KPI, and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented and maintained
• Manage a team of accounts payable specialists and coordinators

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related major is required
• 2 years of managerial experience is required
• At least 4 years of accounts payable experience is required
• Large ERP systems experience is desirable
• Ability to show initiative and take the lead on decision-making
• Ability to implement and monitor KPI's
