AJW Group is looking for a motivated Assistant Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team in Turkey. This role supports our regional operations by ensuring financial accuracy, managing payroll and HR processes, and maintaining healthy customer accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Drive timely collection of Account Receivables across the region
Manage HR and payroll processes in line with AJW People Operations and Finance policies
Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions or discrepancies
Liaise with customers and internal teams to address and resolve payment issues
Monitor aging reports and ensure follow-up on outstanding receivables
Handle all plus cost transactions of the AJW Türkiye team
Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Good attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and organizational ability
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers
Experience in a similar finance or HR role (preferred for experienced applicants)
