Job Responsibility:
Manage Purchase Ledger system - ensuring invoices are correctly, matched, coded and followed up as necessary
Process Sales Invoices
Credit Control
Payments and check cashflow daily
Accruals and Prepayments
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Assist with preparing the Accounts
Assist with preparing VAT Returns
Involved in Audits
Requirements:
Must be experienced and able to use their initiative without much training
Experience in Purchase and Sales Ledger duties, will train on the Accounts part
Team player
Excellent attention to detail
