Job Responsibility:
Provide hands-on support across accounting transactions, payroll, statutory reporting, and compliance
Contribute to month-end and year-end processes, cashflow management and system improvements
Requirements:
Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in AP & AR with day-to-day finance operations, including payroll and statutory reporting
Ability to support month-end and year-end processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Proactive approach to improving systems, processes, and cashflow management
Comfortable working on ad-hoc finance projects and collaborating closely with the Finance Manager
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, ideally working towards CA or CPA qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role, preferably within Manufacturing or FMCG
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, month-end/year-end processes, statutory reporting, tax compliance, payroll, and AP/AR experience within a multicurrency environment would be advantageous
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite), advanced Excel, and familiarity with tools to improve efficiency and reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Nice to have:
AP/AR experience within a multicurrency environment would be advantageous
