Assistant Accountant

• Managing and performing accounting activities (issuing of sale invoices, booking of invoices from suppliers, check and reconcile expenses for all personnel)
• Monitoring the encashment of receivables, along with payments to suppliers and reconcile bank statements
• Preparing accounting reports if/when needed
• Assisting the Financial Controller and the Sr. Accountant with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Supporting the Senior Accountant in preparing tax returns (CIT, VAT, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Tax skills (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
• Financial analysis skills (management accounting)
• Strong commitment to respecting deadlines and instructions of supervisors/managers, working under pressure
• Knowledge of SAP would be considered as an asset
