OVERVIEW Alera Group is looking for an Account Manager, Commercial Lines Ground Transportation to join our growing team! Job Responsibility:
Support the marketing and renewal process, including drafting and preparing client renewal proposals, as needed
Process policy endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
Issue certificates of insurance, evidences of coverage, and ID cards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping systems, databases, and client records
Process non-pay cancellations and assist in resolving billing-related issues
Provide exceptional customer service by managing client needs through timely and successful resolution
Assist with general administrative and miscellaneous duties, as needed
Requirements:
1+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
Active New Jersey Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexible and adaptable to changing business and organizational needs
Nice to have:
1+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals preferred
