Job Responsibility

  • Create growth strategies and operational plans for multiple customers
  • Strengthen the collaboration with business partners and reach sustainable growth
  • Implementing Data-driven approach & mindset into the business
  • Identify opportunities to help our key customers grow customers’ businesses by leveraging our portfolio, our insights into the shopper path to purchase and our discounter & omnichannel learnings and best practices across other customers and markets
  • Work with Nutrition category & marketing team, Digital Squad, supply chain & CBD teams on fully integrated customer plans to capture share of the evolving shopper
  • Own customer relationships with all key offline & online contacts and meet on regular basis to devise and execute customer plans
  • Identify and evaluate stock, visibility, assortment, leadlets and other opportunities and analyze digital sales data and dashboard
  • Deliver channel Turnover&Volume Growth, Market Share and Penetration goals by establishing national chains fundamentals, prioritizing opportunities for quick growth
  • Apply key discounter best practices around penetration, growth, visibility with core CBD practices such as holistic customer investment management, forecasting, promotions, and analytics
