From helping with personalised support plans to creating a safe and welcoming environment, your role will be all about encouragement, guidance, and care.

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner and a focus on delivering great face-to-face support
A solid understanding of confidentiality and the importance of maintaining professional boundaries
Committed to working in a respectful, inclusive, and non-judgemental way
Confident and positive when engaging with young people, building trust and meaningful connections
Able to stay calm and effective under pressure, even in challenging situations
Comfortable using computers and digital tools in everyday tasks
A positive team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support others
