Job Description

Join a role with real purpose — helping people in some of their most challenging moments. We are building a newly established claims team in Ostrava, which will be taking over key responsibilities from our colleagues in Germany. As part of this team, you’ll play an essential role in processing claims, supporting customers through the claims process, and providing guidance and assistance when they need it most.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing documents and phone calls related to insurance claims from travel insurance and entering them into the database
  • Handling the settlement of insurance claims in the field of travel insurance
  • Communicating with insured clients and service providers (in writing and by phone)
  • Administrative tasks (i.e., managing received correspondence and compiling it)

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma)
  • Czech or Polish language at a native level
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or native speaker)
  • Good command of English (minimum level B2)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility
  • Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to work in rotating or irregular shifts
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Nice to have

  • An additional foreign language
  • Experience with phone communication
