Job Description:

The Assistance Coordinator will manage outbound sales, work in rotating shifts, identify customer needs, build sustainable relationships, provide accurate information, seek sales opportunities, negotiate deals, maintain call AHT, resolve product or service problems, and follow up on customer complaints/queries.

Requirements:

Person has to manage outbound sales
To work in rotating shift as per business requirement
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the given resources and tools
Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound calling
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Maintaining call AHT as per process targets and requirements
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
Following up on customer complaints/queries and ensuring they are resolved in the given timeframe
