Job Description

As our Asset & Vendor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Atlas FM’s technology estate is well‑governed, cost‑effective, and fully aligned to the needs of our people and our customers. You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end management of IT assets, licences, and technology vendor relationships, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and in line with compliance standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Take ownership of end-to-end management of IT assets, licences, and technology vendor relationships
  • Build and maintain a complete and accurate asset register covering devices, infrastructure, software licences and SaaS subscriptions
  • Implement governance controls, conduct periodic audits, optimise costs
  • Conduct structured vendor reviews, manage renewals and negotiations, maintain a clear audit trail
  • Analyse asset utilisation and licence spend to identify opportunities for optimisation

Requirements

  • Organised and detail-driven professional
  • Strong understanding of IT asset and vendor management
  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software, including licence compliance, cloud subscriptions, endpoint governance, and asset disposal
  • Comfortable interpreting data, producing MI, and using insight to drive commercial decisions

  • Confident in vendor management, contract renewals, and negotiations
