Job Description:

As an Asset Surveyor, you'll be a key part of the Water Networks team and play a crucial role in ensuring the correct installation and connection of wastewater networks. This position involves liaising with various stakeholders and coordinating installations whilst upholding the company's commitment to excellence and innovation in utility infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct wastewater network site inspections as part of the S104 process
  • Liaise with developers/contractors to ensure proper installation water assets
  • Coordinate installations with incumbent, contractors, and developers
  • Manage and deliver the agreed program of works for asset inspections

Requirements:

  • Experience in the water industry, ideally operation of wastewater networks
  • Knowledge of current legislation and technical standards in the water industry
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety standards
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
