Asset Servicing Intmd Analyst

• Taking information from golden sources and apply to operating systems
• Monitoring and handling exceptions basing on experience and knowledge
• Acting at a right time in line with operational notes
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues that require deep domain expertise
• Serve as the primary authority and go-to resource for in-depth knowledge in Corporate Action Event Capture area
• Provide technical direction and expert support to operational readiness teams, management, and other stakeholders
• Stay abreast of technological upgrades within the processing systems to proactively recommend their adoption where beneficial
• Participate in UAT testing, analysis of received evidence and providing sign offs for technological upgrade
• Act as a trainer to junior and mid-level operational staff, fostering skill development and elevating the overall market and technical competency of the team
• Develop and deliver operational and technical training, workshops, and documentation to disseminate knowledge across the organization
• Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for the specified domain
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal clients, product management, operational readiness, and business units, to ensure successful process execution
• Represent the organization as a domain expert in internal and external forums
• Identify potential operational risks and challenges
• Ensure that all solutions and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

• Strong financial instruments background with Corporate Action Asset Servicing experience preferable
• Proven operational experience
• Background in operating in multiple operating systems
• Ability to analyse processes and identify inherent risks
• Good inter-personal and communications skills
• Both a strong team player plus self-starter
• Creative and resourceful problem solving
• Proven process oversight
