Job Responsibility:
Reconcile and process Corporate Action & Proxy positions, managing communications, notifications, and postings
Develop and implement client-specific service solutions, upholding rigorous quality control
Execute transactions efficiently to maximize productivity
Minimize firm risk by strictly adhering to procedural, audit, and control policies
actively participate in compliance
Proactively identify and design process improvements to reduce manual effort
collaborate with peers and product teams on solutions
Actively participate in system testing and stay current with product and system enhancements
Provide essential support and backup coverage to team members during high-volume periods
Assess and manage business risks, exercising sound ethical judgment and escalating control issues to safeguard the firm
Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience in corporate actions
In-depth knowledge of corporate actions, securities processing, and hedge fund industry standards
Proven ability to work independently, analyze data, and resolve complex issues with attention to detail
Developed communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex or sensitive information
Strong analytical thinking and practical application of data analysis tools
Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and adherence to control policies
