Job Description:

The Asset Servicing Intermediate Analyst role involves working in Voluntary Corporate Actions for equities and fixed income across EMEA markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate election processing and position reconciliation for the firm's stakeholders, the prompt exchange of stock and cash transactions on payment date and the investigation of any issues that may arise.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and execute daily assigned activities efficiently
Investigate any issues that may arise and direct to appropriate departments
Support preparation and submission of internal and external regulatory reports
Identify procedure gaps and make suggestions for process transformation
Apply understanding of how team integrates with others
Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
Be involved in user testing of new technology enhancements

Requirements:

Previous experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions in a broker dealer environment
Evidence of ability to perform multiple tasks and work towards multiple deadlines
Able communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a team environment and using own initiative
Able to drive own performance and willing to learn
Can manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results oriented
Strong attention to detail
Ability to partner with other teams to provide innovative solutions
GCSE English & Maths at Grade C and above
