Manage and reconcile positions related to Corporate Action events, including reviewing communications, notifications, and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
Develop and implement client-specific service solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence
Execute multiple transactions of moderate complexity to drive operational efficiency and ensure timely, accurate results
Minimize risk to the bank by adhering to procedural requirements, audit standards, and control policies
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions by designing and improving business documentation and workflows
Collaborate closely with peers and product teams to develop innovative solutions supporting departmental goals and continuous improvement
Participate in system testing and contribute to implementation of new tools and processes
Provide support and back-up coverage for colleagues during high-volume periods and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
2-5 years of relevant experience in asset servicing, corporate actions, or securities operations
Very good command of English (oral and written)
Strong understanding of securities processing and hedge fund industry standards and practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or sensitive information tactfully and professionally
Proven ability to solve problems independently and exercise sound judgment in complex situations
High attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to process optimization
