Job Description:

The Asset Services Client Service Analyst is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional support to clients regarding their asset servicing needs. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes. The Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries related to corporate actions, income payments, tax reporting, and other asset servicing matters
  • respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
  • investigate and resolve complex client issues, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction
  • proactively communicate with clients regarding important event information, processing timelines, and potential impacts to their accounts
  • document all client interactions and issue resolutions in a clear and concise manner within the appropriate systems
  • escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • maintain a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes, corporate action and income event requirements, and market practices
  • identify opportunities to improve client service processes and efficiency
  • participate in client meetings and presentations as required
  • adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including risk management and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset servicing or client service roles
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • knowledge of asset servicing products and services (corporate actions, income processing, tax reporting) is a plus
  • fluency in both Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and verbal) is a plus
