Job Description:

The Asset Services Client Service Analyst is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional support to clients regarding their asset servicing needs. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes. The Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries related to corporate actions, income payments, tax reporting, and other asset servicing matters
respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
investigate and resolve complex client issues, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction
proactively communicate with clients regarding important event information, processing timelines, and potential impacts to their accounts
document all client interactions and issue resolutions in a clear and concise manner within the appropriate systems
escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or management as needed
maintain a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes, corporate action and income event requirements, and market practices
identify opportunities to improve client service processes and efficiency
participate in client meetings and presentations as required
adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including risk management and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset servicing or client service roles
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
exceptional organizational and time management skills
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
knowledge of asset servicing products and services (corporate actions, income processing, tax reporting) is a plus
fluency in both Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and verbal) is a plus
