Job Description

Capital International is looking for a hardworking individual to join the team and provide high quality services to our clients and introducers. Our Asset Services team work collaboratively with our colleagues in all areas of the business to ensure our processes meet all relevant internal and regulatory policy and procedural requirements, whilst providing a frictionless and efficient service to our clients and intermediaries.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, companies, and third parties, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Prepare, process and authorise operational processes, such as dividends, asset transfers, asset set ups, AML review requests, and corporate actions
  • Handle client queries, ranging in complexity, regarding dividend transactions, corporate actions, asset transfers, asset set ups and AML review requests
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure reconciliations within the team are completed and resolved in line with company policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
  • Assist with the maintenance of the team’s internal procedures to maintain service excellence
  • Develop a strong understanding of Capital International Group’s product offerings
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to various teams and projects within your capabilities

  • Be detail orientated, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong IT skills are required in all Microsoft applications. I-DCRM, Jira and Lucid charts would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong client communication skills (verbal and written) in relation to complex but routine matters
  • Promote trust in the workplace through open and honest communication with colleagues
  • Be able to effectively prioritise workloads based on customer and regulatory requirements
  • Inspire and motivate co-workers by maintaining a positive attitude
