Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Sales Progressor to take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for property disposals, including void disposals and voluntary sales. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving financial performance while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. You will play a key role in delivery of our Asset Strategy by managing disposal sales, and leading complex conveyancing processes with solicitors & agents through to completion. You will act as a daily conduit between our solicitors and agents, collaborating and resolving any challenges arising from disposals to ensure quick sales are continually progressed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for property disposals, including void disposals and voluntary sales
  • Driving financial performance while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
  • Managing disposal sales and leading complex conveyancing processes with solicitors & agents through to completion
