Job Description:

Leading a team responsible for supporting quality programs, CVS Health policies, and compliance procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring the security of company assets, conducting internal and external investigations, overseeing Environmental Health and Safety programs, conducting operational audits, monitoring compliance with regulations, and supporting business operations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the physical security standards of the facility are maintained and adhered to
Supervising quality auditors' daily activities and evaluating work performance
Supervising contracted uniformed security guard services
Performing investigations including internal/external theft, fraud, falsification of company records
Conducting operational audits in various areas such as shipping, receiving, reverse logistics
Collaborating with DC Operations to ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to
Assisting in monitoring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Providing training, development, and awareness to other colleagues
Supporting AP Field Operations as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of asset protection experience in a distribution center environment or multi-unit retail operation
1+ years of experience working in a supervisory capacity, either directly or indirectly leading a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Nice to have:

Bilingual
3+ years of experience in asset protection, retail operations, or similar related field
2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
Industry certification (LPC, LPQ, CFE, CPP, CFI, etc.)
Wicklander-Zulawski interview & interrogation certified
Experience with MS Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, auditing, and investigative skills
