Experience in a building safety, asset management, or health and safety role, particularly in supporting building safety inspections
Proficient in raising orders and tracking completion

Job Responsibility

Review and triage inspection outcomes based on risk, assigning recommendations to internal stakeholders and external contractors
Plan, commission, and monitor all activities, ensuring control measures and repairs are completed successfully
Update compliance systems with property risk classifications and relevant inspection data
Access and review building management information, including fire risk assessments and incident trackers
Communicate with building safety inspectors to clarify risks and issues, facilitating access to properties as needed
Manage day-to-day contract services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to performance frameworks
Administer transactions within the job management system, maintaining accurate compliance records and responding to supply chain inquiries
Monitor compliance works by third-party contractors, escalating any underperformance as necessary
Support the tenancy enforcement process, liaising with legal teams and property managers to maintain safety in communal areas
Manage compliance certificate activities, ensuring accurate records and communication with stakeholders

Certification to NACE CP2/3 for cathodic protection desired

Job Responsibility

Cathodic Protection System Management: Lead the development, implementation, and management of cathodic protection systems for cathodically protected assets to prevent external corrosion and ensure asset integrity
Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the performance and condition of cathodic protection systems, identify corrosion-related issues, and troubleshoot problems as they arise
Supervise the team of CP technicians and allocate the work to them on day-to-day basis
Manage the CP Contractor activities
Development and Maintenance of Asset register: Maintain a current and accurate inventory of Piping, tanks, pipelines, flowlines and their respective inspection records viz. potential measurements and current measurements
Design and Installation: Provide technical expertise in the design, specification, and installation of cathodic protection systems for new and existing assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of entire ICCP cathodic protection systems, analyze the data and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal system performance
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all cathodic protection activities comply with clients design intent, relevant industry standards, regulations, and environmental requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation of system performance and maintenance activities
Technical Advising: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Integrity engineers, corrosion engineer, maintenance personnel and operations personnel, to provide technical guidance and recommendations related to corrosion control with cathodic protection
Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve cathodic protection-related issues viz. interference with other assets and coordinate with them for resolution

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all HSE programs in alignment with company goals, regulatory requirements and best practices
Partner with leadership, operations and facilities teams to cultivate a proactive safety culture that prioritizes the well-being of all team members while minimizing risk and liability to the organization
Conduct ongoing analysis and evaluation of security operations, identify and resolve potential security breaches and support Corporate Asset Protection in the investigation of theft, workplace threats and violence (WPT&V), fraud and other security-related incidents. Assist RSC management with the investigation of safety incidents
Local oversight of the use and maintenance of all physical security and life safety systems, including but not limited to intrusion and fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency generators, battery backups, camera systems, card access and locking systems
Oversee all hazardous materials activities, including Tier II Extremely Hazardous Substance reporting, hazardous waste identification, segregation, and disposal, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
Coordinate and execute all HSE training modules, regulatory audits, routine inspections, employee engagement inititiatives, job hazard and risk assessments, compliance assessments, OSHA log maintenance, emergency medical response (First Aid & CPR), fire safety drills, and accident investigations, in accordance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and FDA standards
Develop, implement and periodically review emergency management and disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with Corporate Asset Protection and HSE directives
