Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor in real time the production performance, alarm activity, and data integrity of solar assets
  • Assess alarm severity and prioritize interventions in line with established guidelines and SLAs
  • Detect production losses, communication failures, inverter outages, and anomalous behaviour promptly
  • Conduct initial alarm diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Perform remote corrective actions whenever applicable
  • Escalate issues to internal teams or external service providers as required and follow through to resolution
  • Log incidents, root causes, and corrective actions in ticketing systems
  • Execute daily monitoring routines, validate meter readings, and review critical system data
  • Support compliance with response and resolution SLAs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and internal procedures
  • Ensure proper closure, documentation, and traceability of incidents
  • Support the preparation of operational reports focused on incidents, asset performance, and critical events
  • Identify recurring alarm trends and recommend mitigation measures

Requirements:

  • University degree and Master’s in Engineering
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in remote monitoring, operations, or technical roles within the energy, telecommunications, or other utilities sector
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems
  • Previous experience with Alarm Systems, Remote O&M, Service Desk, or technical support functions will be considered an asset
  • Experience working in dynamic, high-volume, SLA-driven environments, preferably within operations centers
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • English is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables and basic data analysis)

  • Previous experience with Alarm Systems, Remote O&M, Service Desk, or technical support functions
  • English language skills
