Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience including complex data analysis and financial modeling or equivalent work experience
Previous Service Now Software Asset Management experience preferred
Knowledge of Bigfix, Maark & WorkspaceOne or other discovery tools

Job Responsibility

Proactively monitors, enforces, and updates the workforce technology hardware and software standards to meet business requirements and evolving needs
Maintains asset information in the asset management tool, including product models, discovery models, product contracts and software entitlements defined within the scope of their area
Tracks, monitors, and analyzes asset data for utilization, deployment, and reconciliation to drive compliance and cost savings
Supports analytical activities related to workforce technology sourcing and renewals, including developing moderately complex financial models to help leadership make informed business decisions
Applies data management best practices to cleanse, process, document, validate and report asset management data
Responsible for developing and distributing regular reports in Excel and PowerPoint to Global Technology Procurement leadership
Leverages data to identify and surface opportunities to reduce costs, reduce risks, and/or improve operational efficiencies
Assists with presentation development for executive audiences
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
