Job Description:

We are seeking an Asset Officer for a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2026 to support a project by identifying and recording physical assets linked to commercial land agreements. You will be uncovering assets and helping the organisation understand future liabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Audit commercial leases and licenses to identify physical assets
  • Record asset details into central registries
  • Analyse complex documents and contract to extract key property data
  • Collaborate with a small team to report on emerging risk themes
  • Update project spreadsheets with precision and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Navigate complex contractual or government documents with ease
  • Master Excel and the Microsoft Suite for data recording
  • Work independently while contributing to a small, supportive team
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and project stakeholders
  • Identify details others might miss in large volumes of text
  • Bachelor Degree
