Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Asset Manager with a background in accounting to oversee compliance, performance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations for one of our clients in Lee's Summit, MO. This is an exciting role for someone that is fiscally minded, internally driven, and genuinely cares about people. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader who consistently meets deadlines and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide oversight and ensure compliance with property management and accounting principles across multiple locations
Monitor and support teams in maintaining occupancy rates, rent collections, and property conditions
Train, collaborate, and provide guidance to local teams to ensure goals are consistently met
Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and operational best practices
Act as the liaison between local operations and leadership, ensuring smooth communication and accurate reporting
Assist in solving operational challenges while identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions

Requirements:

College degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)
In-depth understanding of operations and customer service related activities
3+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on operational oversight or compliance (open to candidates with less experience if qualifications are met)
Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and collaborate with diverse teams effectively
